Here’s what people ask most before booking with us. If your question isn’t covered, call [phone] and Priya or Chase can walk you through it.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a California CPUC household goods carrier permit and US DOT/MC authority on file, plus cargo and liability insurance on every move we run.
How much do local moves cost?
Local moves are billed hourly — $155/hr for two movers and a truck, $215/hr for three. Most one- and two-bedroom moves fall in the two-mover range; we'll tell you which crew size fits before we book the date.
How does a long-distance move work?
The same crew that loads your truck in Irvine drives it and unloads it at the destination — we run our own trucks on routes like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle, and Portland, so nothing gets transferred to another carrier along the way.
Do you offer storage?
We offer short-term storage for households caught between move-out and move-in dates, usually a few weeks at most. Ask Priya about current availability when you book.
Can you move a piano?
Yes — piano moving starts at $325 and Marcus personally handles or signs off on every piano job, upright or grand.
Do you require a deposit?
We take a deposit to hold your date once you accept a written quote. The exact amount depends on the size of the job and gets confirmed in writing before we charge anything.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours out and your deposit carries over to a new date or gets refunded. Inside 48 hours, it may be forfeited since we've already blocked the crew and truck for you.
What's included in the hourly or flat rate?
Furniture blankets, shrink wrap, basic disassembly and reassembly, and use of dollies and straps are all included — no surprise materials fee at the end of the job.
Do you handle commercial and office moves?
Yes, Ryan leads our commercial side — office relocations, after-hours moves so you don't lose business hours, and coordination with building management for elevator or loading-dock reservations.
How far ahead should I book?
For local moves, a week or two out is usually enough, though summer weekends fill fast. Long-distance moves and full-service packing jobs go smoother with three to four weeks' notice.

Where We Don’t Bend

Six Rules Every Irvine Move Follows

Every one of these is a working rule, not marketing copy. Derek and the crew hold to them on jobs across Orange County, from a Woodbridge townhome to a new build up in Newport Coast.

One Crew, Start To Finish

Whoever Priya books you with is who shows up. A backup at the 405/5 interchange or a tight turn on a narrow Culver Dr side street doesn’t change who’s carrying your boxes.

California PUC Registered, Fully Insured

Our California PUC household-goods permit stays current year-round alongside US DOT and MC authority, up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage rides with every load, and a certificate of insurance reaches a Newport Coast HOA board or a UC Irvine housing office the same day they ask for one.

Our Payroll, Not A Staffing Agency

Every mover on your truck is on our payroll directly. Marcus has run the same crew for a decade, and we don’t pad the roster with day labor just because a UC Irvine weekend got busy.

The Written Number Doesn’t Move

The figure Priya puts in writing is the figure you pay once the truck is empty, nothing carved out after the fact. A backup on the 405, a long carry up a third-floor walk-up near UC Irvine, a wait at a gate code in Newport Coast: that’s ours to absorb, never yours.

Marcus’s Crew, Not A Rotating Cast

The crew you’re quoted at booking is the crew that shows up on move day. Nobody gets pulled off your job partway through to patch a hole somewhere else on the board.

A Time Window That Actually Holds

If the job ahead of yours runs long, that’s Chase’s problem to solve from the dispatch board, not yours. You’ll hear from us before it eats into your window, and we make it right if it costs you real time.

Behind The Xperienced Movers Name

An Irvine crew that knows UC Irvine move weekend and the 405 by heart — one written flat rate, our own trucks, door to door.
