Real feedback from Orange County customers who booked local and long-distance moves with our crew.
Answer a handful of questions and get a firm number back in writing, with 405 traffic and a Santa Ana wind closure already priced in, so nothing extra shows up once the crew does.
Or call (949) 620-1463These are real jobs we’ve run around Irvine and the rest of Orange County — the good ones and the ones where something went sideways and our crew had to fix it on the spot. We’d rather you read what past customers actually said than take our word for it.

Every one of these is a working rule, not marketing copy. Derek and the crew hold to them on jobs across Orange County, from a Woodbridge townhome to a new build up in Newport Coast.
Whoever Priya books you with is who shows up. A backup at the 405/5 interchange or a tight turn on a narrow Culver Dr side street doesn’t change who’s carrying your boxes.
Our California PUC household-goods permit stays current year-round alongside US DOT and MC authority, up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage rides with every load, and a certificate of insurance reaches a Newport Coast HOA board or a UC Irvine housing office the same day they ask for one.
Every mover on your truck is on our payroll directly. Marcus has run the same crew for a decade, and we don’t pad the roster with day labor just because a UC Irvine weekend got busy.
The figure Priya puts in writing is the figure you pay once the truck is empty, nothing carved out after the fact. A backup on the 405, a long carry up a third-floor walk-up near UC Irvine, a wait at a gate code in Newport Coast: that’s ours to absorb, never yours.
The crew you’re quoted at booking is the crew that shows up on move day. Nobody gets pulled off your job partway through to patch a hole somewhere else on the board.
If the job ahead of yours runs long, that’s Chase’s problem to solve from the dispatch board, not yours. You’ll hear from us before it eats into your window, and we make it right if it costs you real time.
An Irvine crew that knows UC Irvine move weekend and the 405 by heart — one written flat rate, our own trucks, door to door.
